📄 Terms of Service & Refund Policy

By using Teacher Toolkit you agree to these terms. They're written to be read, not to scare you — the site is a personal project run by one person, and these are the house rules that keep it sustainable.

🎓 The service

Teacher Toolkit generates printable classroom materials — worksheets, quizzes, flashcards, certificates, lesson plans and more. Many tools are free with daily fair-use limits; the Supporter subscription unlocks the AI-powered tools and higher limits.

👤 Accounts

Register with accurate details and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (see fair use below).

⭐ Supporter subscription

• Billed monthly at the price shown on the pricing section, via our payment provider and merchant of record, Payhip — they are the seller of record and handle VAT/sales tax.
• It renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime using the link in your Payhip receipt email (or from your Payhip account) — you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. No cancellation fees.
• Prices may change for future billing periods; you'll always see the current price before it applies, and you can cancel first.

↩️ Refund policy

If something didn't work or you're simply not happy, email contact@teacher-toolkit.com within 14 days of any subscription charge and we'll refund that payment in full — no interrogation. Refunds are processed by Payhip back to your original payment method.

📝 Generated materials

• Materials you generate are yours to use freely in your classroom, school, or tutoring — print, copy, and share them with your students without restriction.
• AI can make mistakes. Review every generated worksheet, quiz answer, and fact before handing it to students — you know your subject and your class; the AI doesn't. Teacher Toolkit is a time-saver, not a replacement for your professional judgement.
• Don't use the tools to generate content that is harmful, discriminatory, or inappropriate for an educational setting, and follow your school's policies on AI-generated materials.

⚖️ Fair use

Don't attempt to bypass daily limits, share accounts to pool quotas, scrape the site, or resell access or output as a service. Each AI generation costs real money — abuse is the one thing that can sink an affordable tool like this.

⚠️ No warranties, sensible liability

The service is provided "as is", without guarantees of uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

✏️ Changes & contact
